Q: Do you provide good quality materials for your signs?

A:

We advertise our business with the same signs and we know how it's difficult sometimes to push a frame into hard ground. With a soft metal frame the most companies provide it's just impossible. Also ink can fade in few days exposed under the sun, a bag can be ripped easily etc.
We use only the best materials available on the market. We guaranty our product quality. We have a huge portfolio of previously printed signs and many returning customers.



Q: I'll arrange pickup of lawn signs. Please let me know the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the pick up address. The shipper will need to know this.

A:

We need to know if it is a courier or a shipping company like UPS, FedEx, CanPar etc? Usually we don't crate signs for pickup option. If, for example, you are going to use UPS, we need to prepare the packages for shipping (crate signs). Also UPS requires waybills (shipping labels) to be applied to all items. If you want to organize pick up by a shipping company, please provide all required documents. Pickup address will be included in an invoice we'll issue when you place a sign order.



Q: Why do you think U-frames for bag signs are stronger than H-frames for coroplast signs?

A:

H-wires (Step Stakes) are thinner than U-wires for bag signs and H-wires bend easily under the strong wind. You can see coroplast lawn signs lying on the grass when strong wind happens. They just bend! Usually it doesn't happen with lawn bag signs if you push a wire frame 4-7" deep into the ground (7" is max depth for 30"x10" Step Stakes).
