Flatbed printing fills the gap between offset printing and silk screen printing by providing a way to apply an image to rigid, flat or unevenly surfaced objects. Please note we can’t make full colour print on lawn bag signs. For bag signs we use screen print only.
Please send us your art work to let us provide you with the final quote. We accept both formats of vector file and pixel graphics. Pixel graphics must be at least 200dpi (3MB) for 24"x18" size if you want to have a good quality print on coroplast signs.
Also we can provide you with art work. Design fee applies. Just send us the information you want to include in coroplast signs and we’ll make a design drawing for you.
Digitally printed signs with full colour images (coroplast lawn signs & post signs) stand out from the signs of your competitors who use 1-2 colour print! Bright, eye catching signs with outstanding design will be highly noticeable. These full colour printed signs create a lasting impression on your potential clients.
How it works:
The operator places a printing media (coroplast sheets, wooden panels, cardboard, Sintra PVC Foam Board etc) on the flat bed of the printer, or in a delivery tray that sits on the flat bed. Mechanical locks or a vacuum secure the printing medium as it slides through the printer. If the media was to slip, the printed image would be out of register (think out of focus) and unusable. On command, the printing medium moves through the printer, passing under the print heads and under a UV lamp that instantly cures (dries) the ink.
