Metal plugs for my house address set are missing. I believe the metal plugs are what the screws go into in the wall. If I find plastic wall plugs that fit the screws do you think that would work?

No any extra wall plugs required for the installation. Your installer needs to drill holes in a wall and push the letters with metal screws inside the holes, that’s it. Metal screws are going inside the holes without any extra plugs. See the attached image please.

I did not receive the plastic washers or the metal plugs. Do you think you can send me these. The only thing I received were the 3 inch screws. I hope this can be sent as soon as possible as I need to get them installed.

These screws are studs that you should screw into plastic washers / pads glued on the back of the letters. 3″ is the standard screw length that our installer uses for the letter installation.
