If the house address is not properly cutout or damaged due to our fault, we’ll resend your house address order free of charge. In this case you have to send us back the parts you want us to change. We’ll exam the damaged parts and, if this is the case, we’ll make and resend you new house address parts free of charge. Please note that we don’t control any shipping company. If a cargo is damaged or lost (which never happened before but theoretically is possible), We’ll do our best to retrieve the cargo value from the shipping company. If you know any (local) shipping company you trust and they have reasonable rates, let them pick up the box with ready signs from our store here in Toronto. In this case we’ll void shipping in our invoice.
Do you have installation instructions??
The installation isn’t complicated. We provide a coroplast template with a printed house address image on it. Place the template to a wall. You may use double side Scotch tape to temporarily fasten the template to the wall. Drill the holes through the marks on the template and then remove the template from the wall. Insert metal studs into plastic washers at the back of letters. Put some silicone on the studs and insert studs with letters into the holes in the wall. When silicone dries out, the installation is complete.
Hi, I’d like to know how much the house address without installation.

Hi, I would like to know the quote of have a cursive address for my house.

Hi Could you tell me how much it would cost to get our house address in writing to go above our single garage door. I’m located in Hamilton, ON. Thank you so much
We are located in Vaughan, ON and our installers won’t be able to install a house address in Hamilton. It’s too far from us.
Alternatively we can make a house address set for you (which is $150) and ship it – shipping cost is extra (or you may pick it up when it is ready). Letter installation is very simple. We provide a template for easy installation. If you can find a local handyman, letter installation won’t be a problem. A local installer should know just how to use a drill machine to complete the installation properly.
Hi, how exactly are these house letters mounted to the wall. How do they attach to the drilled holes in the wall. I was wondering if you can send me some info so that I can see if I can install them myself? Thanks
It’s very easy to install house letters if you want to install them yourself.
Please see a letter section on this page:

We provide a printed template and you need to drill the holes through the template.
You screw 3/8″ metal studs into half-drillerd holes at the back of the letters and then using silicone put the studs with the letters into the wall holes and let the structure dry out.
A house letter set without installation is $150.00. Do you want me to ship it to you when ready? If so, let me know your address (or you may pick it up when a house letter set is ready).
Do you have any install instructions? I understand what you’re supposed to do I just want to do follow protocol exactly. I assume I drill the holes first? What size hole? Also I assume the film side is a sticker that peels off? Any guidance would be helpful.
Don’t remove the film from the front of acrylic letters. The film protects the front letter surface from scratches during installation.
A bit should be about 3mm dia; just the same diameter as a stud or slightly bigger. First you place a coroplast template on a wall then drill holes through the marks on the coroplast.
Then remove the coroplast template from the wall.
Screw metal studs into plastic washers at the back of house letters and try to install all the parts in the holes first without silicone to check if they fit the holes.
Apply silicone to studs of the parts you are going to install and install the house letter set. Silicone will dry out in few hours.
When done, please send me a photo of your address installed on a wall.
What materials do you use for house numbers?
We cut out 1/4″ acrylic letters and digits (usually black or white) and install them to your house. These letters are weatherproof and stay on as long as you want them to.
Do you have readymade house number signs?
We make custom signs only. If you want to place an order for custom house numbers, please let us know what characters you want us to cutout and we’ll provide a quote.
I want to place an order for my house address. How to do it?
Please let us know the text you want to install (digits and letters) and approximate sign dimensions (sign length & height) and we’ll provide a quote. It’s a good idea to send a photo of the wall where you are planning to place the address. We’ll make a design for your house address and we can place it on a wall photo to show you how it could look like.
