One 6″x24″ aluminum plate (blade) with reflective blue vinyl applied on both sides is $40.00 + tax. Standard city mounting end brackets are $20.00/ea extra (if you need them). You’ll need one bracket for one blade to mount it to a standard traffic pole or a wall. Alternatively you can stick the street sign to a door with double side sticky tape (double side Scotch tape).

What is the cost to buy a banner only? Can you put grommets in them, rather than the display stand?

The price of the banner is about $5 per 1 sq.ft. depending on the size and the banner material. To give you the right price I need to know the size of the banner you require and how long you are going to use it (an event or long term usage). If you require grommets, – they are $1/each extra.
