The price is $40 for a customized street sign. Production time for this sign is 2 business days. We’ll ship it out on the next business day and delivery time depends on your location. For Ontario shipping usually takes 3-4 business days.

Just finished house address installation

We need a normal poster paper. We dont need the sticker. We will for sure print many posters later as we need to use it at many places. However, as its the first poster we are printing, we just needed to see how it looks. We needed just one normal poster paper.

One 24″x36″x8pt C2S Stock paper poster is $40.00. Production time is 4 business days. 24″x36″ paper posters are $5.50/ea when you order at least 100pcs. If you need one poster only, machine setup becomes rather expensive, that’s why our min order for paper posters is $40.00. Printing of one vinyl poster is cheaper and much faster.

We only need to print one wall poster as sample and check how it looks. What is the quote?

I suggest using adhesive vinyl media with paper backing. You may use it as a regular poster attaching it to a wall with thumb tacks or you may remove the backing paper and apply it to a wall as a vinyl sticker (wall decal). Vinyl is a plastic film which is much more durable comparing to a regular poster paper. Also we use solvent based ink to print on vinyl which is usually used for outdoor advertising and such an ink is more sun / UV stable.). One 24″x30″ adhesive vinyl poster with full colour print is $25.00.

Metal plugs for my house address set are missing. I believe the metal plugs are what the screws go into in the wall. If I find plastic wall plugs that fit the screws do you think that would work?

No any extra wall plugs required for the installation. Your installer needs to drill holes in a wall and push the letters with metal screws inside the holes, that’s it. Metal screws are going inside the holes without any extra plugs. See the attached image please.

I did not receive the plastic washers or the metal plugs. Do you think you can send me these. The only thing I received were the 3 inch screws. I hope this can be sent as soon as possible as I need to get them installed.

These screws are studs that you should screw into plastic washers / pads glued on the back of the letters. 3″ is the standard screw length that our installer uses for the letter installation. I’ve sent you all the parts you need for the letter installation – letters themselves, plastic template with printed letter pattern and metal screws (studs) that you need to screw into the washers on the letter backs. No parts are missing. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I had a question for you regarding the home sign. During installation I applied a little too much pressure to the “L” in lisgar and started to notice a crack. I was wondering how much would it cost if I were to have the L replaced.

Setup for the laser cut machine is rather expensive and the min order is $50.00 even if I cut one character only. If you want me to cutout the letter L, please pay $50 + tax = $56.50 and I’ll cut it out during 2 business days.

That’s the logo I want on our window. is the logo gonna be in the colour I sent you ? Or it’s all gonna be grey?

I suggest using 26″(W) x 29″(H) white matte vinyl letter set for this window application. If so, the price is $40.00 to cut it out and $50 for the installation if you want me to come and install the set. The letters in your logo design were black and there was a light pint stroke (background) behind UNIVERSAL. Generally windows look dark so the best option for cutout vinyl graphics is any light colour. For your logo I suggest converting black letters into white ones. Black letters won’t be visible on a window. If you want me to add the pink stroke, the total price is $100.00 including installation.
