We can print on foam board, corrugated plastic (coroplast), composed aluminum, polystyrene, banner, adhesive vinyl. The most economical option is 4mm coroplast board. It is available in 4’x8′ size for $150. Your design looks like a square so, if you need it in 7’x7′ size, I can make it as a vinyl banner for $250. Also the image should be high resolution otherwise it would look pixilated (consists of small squares).
