Just finished house address installation
Metal plugs for my house address set are missing. I believe the metal plugs are what the screws go into in the wall. If I find plastic wall plugs that fit the screws do you think that would work?
No any extra wall plugs required for the installation. Your installer needs to drill holes in a wall and push the letters with metal screws inside the holes, that’s it. Metal screws are going inside the holes without any extra plugs. See the attached image please.
I did not receive the plastic washers or the metal plugs. Do you think you can send me these. The only thing I received were the 3 inch screws. I hope this can be sent as soon as possible as I need to get them installed.
These screws are studs that you should screw into plastic washers / pads glued on the back of the letters. 3″ is the standard screw length that our installer uses for the letter installation. I had a question for you regarding the home sign. During installation I applied a little too much pressure to the “L” in lisgar and started to notice a crack. I was wondering how much would it cost if I were to have the L replaced.
Setup for the laser cut machine is rather expensive and the min order is $50.00 even if I cut one character only. If you want me to cutout the letter L, please pay $50 + tax = $56.50 and I’ll cut it out during 2 business days.

We are open Mon – Fri; 10am – 6pm. To start a job we require at least 50% deposit under Pick Up/ Delivery options and a customer pays a balance on pick up / delivery. You may pay with a credit card, a cheque, e-Transfer (Interac Money Transfer).

To start production of a house address we require at least 50% of down payment. Production takes about 2 business days. After that our installer will call you and you schedule the date and the time of installation.
