Please send us your design. We have to look at your design first to let you know if we can use it or not.
Can you provide me with art work for my signs?
Please send us information you want to include in signs and we’ll make a design drawing for you. If design is simple, it’s free of charge. If we have to spend 1 hour or more on your artwork, we’ll charge you $20 – $50 for the design depending on file complexity.
Do you charge for the design if it’s just a text and my phone number?
The text only design is free of charge.We charge artwork fee for designs with low resolution pictures or logos (for example taken from internet) and we have to spend some time to fix or vectorize these low resolution images.
I got the file with 93mb, how can I transfer it to you?
If the original file is more than 20MB, you may upload it on our web site: Contact UsScroll down the page, see the FTP section below SEND button. You may upload files 20-200MB. Please Contact Us to get a temporary password for uploading a big file to our server.
What is the max vector file size I can send you?
The max file size you can send us is 25MB but we don’t think that a vector file with just text info would be bigger than 5MB. For bigger files – 25MB – 200MB you may use our FTP server but please Contact Us beforehand and we’ll provide you with a temporary password.
